My name is Michael Thomas and I am “Thomas Marine Interiors”. I am a one man boat and yacht builder, furniture designer and builder, custom cabinetmaker, artist, craftsman, sculptor and problem solver.

I have over thirty years of experience working on boats of all size and materials, from working as a marine carpenter/cabinetmaker/shipwright, to directing crews of up to thirty individuals in different trades, while always working closely with my clients to insure their satisfaction. My experience tells me that communication is the answer to almost all problems, I therefore listen closely to my clients to ensure that we get it right the first time.

Please view my portfolio for some examples of my work. While I didn’t build everything single handedly, I was closely involved, and directing, every step of the way. The single pieces and the "Cruise-A-Home" remodel are mine entirely. The "Hull Extension", while not an "interior" project was enjoyable and uses the traditional boat building skills of layout, lofting, and fairing. All my clients can expect the same care, forethought, and attention to detail in their projects that I have given to my past clients.
